I have a horrific feeling I'm going to hate this movie, because I have such a fierce love for the story of Thermopylae and this, while pretty and badass, is so very, very far from authentic. For starters, just from reading accounts of the weight of the armor they carried, I'm pretty sure they did not fight naked.

And yet I will totally still be there opening day.
